(Makes one softball-sized or two baseball-sized)

Ingredients

  • 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans

Place all cheeses in a bowl and let them soften. Blend cheeses together until smooth (using a hand mixer helps with this part). Add minced onion and Worcestershire sauce and mix well.

Place bowl in refrigerator for an hour or two to let the cheese mixture harden a little. Remove from refrigerator. Shape into one big softball shape or two small baseball shapes, as you prefer. Roll in chopped nuts. Enjoy with crackers!
