Prelaw Freshman Orientation (and anyone new to prelaw)
Wednesday, August 30, 2017
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM at Moot Court Room (Room 123), Law School
Freshmen, as well as anyone who is new to Prelaw at IU should attend this meeting. Find out what you need to do to start off on the right foot if you are thinking about the possibility of law school in your future. Latecomers are always welcome, and leave early if you must--but COME!!

There are many things that are easy to do now that will make life easier later--things that will become increasingly more difficult as time goes on.

You do NOT want to miss this unique opportunity to get a head-start on a possible career in law!!!

Greg Canada, the dynamic Dean of Admissions for IUB Maurer, will provide a solid, practical, and entertaining presentation on how to position yourself to be the best prepared applicant possible. Mac Francis, HPPLC Director and Prelaw Advisor, will highlight the many services available to prelaw students at IU. Representatives from the IU Mock Trial Team and Phi Alpha Delta (the national prelaw and law fraternity) will give brief presentations as well.

You will be glad you came!

We hope to see you there!
